B. BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF EVNGENCO2
1. Mother company
EVNGENCO2 (or the Mother Company) is a joint stock company with shares prevailed by EVN. EVNGENCO2 is operating based on Vietnam’s Business Law with its legal stamp, logo and the Company Charter.
EVNGENCO2 has its legal branches and representative office. The Company makes power generation, trading and invests capital into its dependents and subsidiaries.
EVNGENCO2 is officially put into operation from July 1, 2021 including 6 dependent companies and 6 subsidiaries with shares controlled by the Mother Company.
2. Management Structure: Shareholder Meeting, Management Board, Supervision Committee and President & CEO.
