Investing and managing investment capital in power source projects, new energy projects, renewable energy;
Manage, operate, repair, maintain, overhaul, experiment, adjust, renovate and upgrade electrical, mechanical, control and automation equipment in the power production line and electrical works; electrical testing; chemical experimentation; technical safety inspection of electrical equipment and tools; electromechanical;
Project management consultancy, construction investment project formulation, bidding consultancy, cost estimation; consulting, verifying and supervising the construction of power source works and synchronous grid works of power source projects; advising on production preparation activities for power plants;
Training and developing human resources on operation management, maintenance and repair of power plant equipment;
Operating leased thermal power plants, hydroelectricity and power plants using renewable technology.

3. Depending on the time and production and business situation, EVNGENCO2 may add other business lines and business lines that are not prohibited by law after being approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
